I was waiting at the bus stop today with about 7 old grannies and grampas. We all heard a girl across the road shouting to her flatmates - she was sitting on her window sill with the window wide open. We all looked up and watched.. Then she jumps off the sill and turns to close the window.. She see's all of us staring at her, she's wearing a bikkini top with a shirt undone, give us a baaad look and angrily pulls her curtains over....... Gave me a little giggle indeed!
Had a few things to do, get a new bus card (seeing as I lost the other 2 nights ago), pick up some lunch, get my boots fixed, get some money from the bank.. you know. Usually mundane tasks that need to be done. I got home to an email from uni saying my cards were handed in to the police. Proof theres still some good people out there. Already got a new bus pass and bank card.. but driving license and matric card is so handy to have back! Studyed a bit today and prepared for German class tomorrow.. My folders looking good if I may say so!
Oooooh, guess what happened at 7pm?! We were all in Gregors room and suddenly all electricity and lights go out. A power cut! Ze Germans have never had one before, so a little exciting for them! The entire street had lost electricity, was a little crazy. In light of the situation (pun, haha, im funny) Julian popped open some red wine, we lit a few candles and I prepared a lil snack for us; French loaf with cheese and salami with some olives to nibble. We talked a little, I learnt some German and before we knew it, the lights were back and it was back to study..
Can we have some more please?! Study sucks..
