14th October 2007 - Car Bootin It

Went to visit Mum, Andy, David and Trixie last night so today was a nice long lie in then off to the Blochairn Market. Car Boot sales Galore. So much fun to walk around and see the bargains. I picked up some books. Found a Mark Twain book printed in (I think) 1921. Isnt that cool????

Andy though, got the 2 best things on offer. He grabbed a 1917 Kodak Camera. Actually the very first Kodak Camera ever produced. And secondly, a 1950's Camcorder. Fantastic.

We had a stop off for some greasy bacon rolls as you'll see pictured. Euuugh. Then, headed back home to relax, put our feet up and wait for mums wonderfully cooked dinner. She made us some leek and potato soup with 5 chillies added by Andy. (Our mouths were on fire). And then gammon steak, potatoes and cauliflower. MMMmmmmmm. So yummy. But stuffed to the brim afterwards.

Anyone for icecream?!?!?! My family are PIIIEEESSS!! Haha.

So, when it was time to come home, found out that actually it was gonna take me two hours when it would usually take me 35mins. Boooh. Lucky I updated my Sony with some Sugababe tunes.
